Zevar Custom Diamonds – Store Policies

Purchases

All pieces created by Zevar Custom Diamonds are made to order. As a result, all sales are final.

Custom and bespoke jewelry pieces are uniquely crafted for each client and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.

Production Timeline

Each piece is handcrafted with care. Our standard production time is approximately 4–5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and material availability.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers have 48 hours from the time of purchase to request changes or cancellations.

After this 48-hour window, orders are considered in production and cannot be modified or canceled.

If an order is suspected to be fraudulent, Zevar Custom Diamonds reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund without prior notice.

Custom Orders & Deposits

All deposits for bespoke or custom jewelry projects are non-refundable.
If a custom project does not proceed within one (1) year from the date the deposit is received, Zevar Custom Diamonds reserves the right to cancel the project without refund.
If a project resumes after a delay, pricing may be adjusted to reflect current material and production costs.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx.
Signature may be required by delivery company.
Packages will be delivered to the provided address or held at the nearest DHL / FedEx location for secure pickup.

To avoid delays or issues, customers are strongly advised to:

Enter their full legal name at checkout
Ensure the name matches their government-issued ID
Provide accurate shipping details

Zevar Custom Diamonds ships internationally from Canada.

Delivery & Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped and made available for pickup, the customer is responsible for retrieving the package from the designated location.
